Located at 177 W. Fourth Street in the Kingsford Professional Building, THE LIFEBAR is part of the established Dator Medical practice, bringing together medical expertise, aesthetics, and wellness under one growing vision for whole-person care.
Our current space is designed to feel comfortable, calming, and welcoming while delivering the highest standard of professional care.
As THE LIFEBAR continues to grow, our vision includes expanding to a full medical wellness and aesthetics clinic on the second floor—creating a comprehensive destination where patients can access personalized care for their health, wellness, and aesthetic goals all in one place.

DR. CARLOS DATOR, JR.
Medical Director & Founder
With a career spanning acute and clinic-based medicine, Dr. Carlos Dator brings extensive clinical experience and a patient-centered, safety-first approach to THE LIFEBAR.
Passionate about preventative care and whole-person wellness, Dr. Dator believes healthcare should go beyond treating symptoms. His approach combines medical science, advanced technology, and individualized care to help patients look, feel, and perform at their best.
In addition to his medical training, Dr. Dator has completed advanced training through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) in neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, PDO thread treatments, and peptide therapy. This specialized training allows him to bring an additional level of anatomical knowledge, technique, and clinical judgment to the aesthetic and wellness services offered at THE LIFEBAR.
As Medical Director, Dr. Dator oversees THE LIFEBAR’s clinical protocols and standards, with a commitment to safety, compliance, and evidence-based care.
He founded THE LIFEBAR with the belief that exceptional medical care should feel both accessible and personal—and that taking care of yourself should never feel out of reach.
LINDSEY HANNA, FNP-BC
Director of Aesthetics
As a Nurse Practitioner with a foundation in Cardiac Critical Care, Lindsey brings clinical precision, advanced assessment skills, and a safety-first approach to aesthetic medicine. Her years caring for high-acuity patients in the ICU shaped her expertise in complex anatomy, thoughtful clinical decision-making, and calm, confident care—skills that translate directly into meticulous aesthetic treatments.
After years in the pharmaceutical industry, Lindsey returned to her nursing roots with a renewed passion for helping patients look and feel their best. She believes aesthetic medicine should enhance natural beauty while preserving individuality, creating results that feel balanced, intentional, and uniquely you.
Lindsey has completed advanced injectable training through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), with focused training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facial balancing, and full-face assessment. At THE LIFEBAR, she combines science, anatomy, and artistry to deliver elevated, evidence-based care with integrity and a commitment to helping every patient feel confident in their own skin.
RITA WICKS, RN
Director of Operations
With more than 30 years of experience caring for people through some of life’s most critical moments, Rita brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and genuine compassion to THE LIFEBAR. Her background as a flight nurse, paramedic, and registered nurse spans emergency medicine, critical care, and community health.
Known for her exceptional IV skills and calming presence, Rita helps clients feel comfortable and confident, especially those who are new to weight-management medications, peptides or IV nutrient therapy. Her thorough education and gentle approach ensure every client feels safe, informed, and supported throughout their experience.
Rita believes healthcare should be personal, respectful, and results-driven. Blending evidence-based medicine with a whole-person approach, she is passionate about helping clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident throughout their wellness journey.
